The Chris O’Leary Band mourns the loss of drummer Sean McCarthy

I lost my drum­mer, band­mate, and life­long friend today, Sean McCarthy . My thoughts and prayers go out to Willa, his beau­ti­ful chil­dren, and the rest of his fam­i­ly. We trav­eled a lot of miles togeth­er, and like a broth­er, he was always there for me.

  2. I was stunned and sad­dened to hear of Sean’s pass­ing. We will miss you all Sat­ur­day night, and we are plan­ning a brief memo­r­i­al trib­ute at the Win­ter Blues Fest. On behalf of the mem­ber­ship of CIBS I extend our deep­est sympathies.
