Last year, the band  played to no more than 15 people in a dark alley in West Helena, Arkansas. This year, thanks to winning the King Biscuit Emerging  Artist  award for 2011 (someone was listening), the band played the main stage at the King Biscuit Blues Festival. Now with Andy at the wheel, we are on our way to South Carolina. The boys are behaving as well as can be expected.

It is four oclock in the morning and we are  almost in Memphis. We are headed for the King Biscuit Blues Festival in West Helena Arkansas for a midday gig on the main stage.

Tomorrow we are off to 16th Annual Carolina Downhome Blues Festival for two days and on Sunday we stop in at the Hampton Tap House in Hampton Virginia before heading home.
